Our simple guide to returns and refunds.
Your right to return
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its first packaging.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number to begin. We will send you the return address and the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive your return we check the item. We refund your payment within 14 days of that check.
Faulty items
If your kit arrives faulty, email us with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Return costs
You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Keep your proof of postage until your refund lands.
